I stand for due process. I stand for a nation of fair and just laws. I believe the public deserves to know the truth.
If I showed you the truth, would you have me imprisoned?

My name is Rick Falkvinge, and I am the founder of the Swedish and first Pirate Party, which has representation in the European parliament and has spawned Pirate Parties in more than 50 other countries. It’s not just the right, but the duty of every citizen to call on their government when it is breaking fundamental civil liberties, the constitution and the law. That’s not a right, it’s a duty. If Bradley Manning did what he’s accused of, then, every step of the way, he did the right thing.
My name is Scott Olsen. I served in the USMC for 4.5 years and deployed twice to Iraq. Manning brought the truth home for the world to see. I had access to many of the same files he released, some of the events referenced by the Iraq war logs are events that I personally experienced. A few different choices, and I could easily be in Leavenworth instead of Manning.
Michael Moore. American filmmaker, author, and social critic. He is the director and producer of Fahrenheit 9/11, which is the highest-grossing documentary of all time. His films Bowling for Columbine and Sicko are also among the top ten. Photo taken during the #OccupyWallStreet protest. Michael Moore is a Bradley Manning Support Network Advisory Board member.

Lieutenant Daniel Choi
“I am proud to stand shoulder to shoulder with Bradley Manning.”
One of the most active opponents to the military’s “Don’t Ask Don’t Tell” policy, Lt. Choi was kicked out of the army a year ago, after coming out on the Rachael Maddow show, despite a petition on his behalf being signed by over 162,000 people.
Watch him speak out for Bradley Manning.

When one person accepts the burden of telling truth to power, she or he deserves our full support. Bradley Manning is one of those people.
@DJSpooky is the world renowned producer/DJ who produced the soundtrack to the 90 second I am Bradley Manning Video.
Daniel Ellsberg
I was the Bradley Manning of my day. In 1971 I too faced life (115 years) in prison for exposing classified government lies and crimes. President Obama says “the Ellsberg material was classified on a different basis.” True. The Pentagon Papers were not Secret like the Wikileaks revelations, they were all marked Top Secret—Sensitive.
Ultimately all charges in my case were dropped because of criminal governmental misconduct toward me during my proceedings. Exactly the same outcome should occur now, in light of the criminal conditions of Manning’s confinement for the last six months.
David House is a friend of Bradley Manning, and a founding member of the Bradley Manning Support Network. He recently refused to testify before a Grand Jury in Virginia, seeking information on Bradley Manning, to prosecute Wikileaks. Watch his interview on MSNBC here.
Peter Tatchell is a legendary human rights campaigner, and activist who lives in the UK. he gave us these words:
It is alleged that Bradley Manning blew the whistle on war crimes and cover ups by the US military in Iraq and Afghanistan. If this is true, the man is a hero. He is a defender of democracy and human rights. His actions are based on the principle that citizens have a right to know what the government is doing in their name. Bradley should not be in prison. The charges against him should be dropped. Instead, put on trial those who killed innocent civilians and those who protected the perpetrators.
Bradley Manning is a true patriot, not a traitor. He reveres the founding ideals of the US – an open, honest government accountable to the people, which pursues its policies by lawful means that respect human rights. At great personal risk, he sought to expose grave crimes that were perpetrated and then hidden by the US government and military. These are the characteristics of a man of conscience, motivated by altruism. Bravo Bradley!

Leah Bolger is the Vice President of Veterans for Peace
It is difficult to imagine the kind of moral courage it takes to risk spending the rest of your life in jail so that the truth of war may be told. Telling the truth of war isn’t a crime—War itself is the real criminal.
Jeff Paterson was the first military serviceperson to refuse to fight in Iraq in 1990. Today Jeff is the project director of Courage to Resist and a member of the Bradley Manning Support Network steering committee. “If Bradley is in fact the whistle-blower that shared these truths at great personal sacrifice, then there is no doubt that he is an international hero”
